I started Osteostrong 7 months ago and I’m thrilled to say my dexascan results show improvement in my neck area as well as my hips which are back in the normal range not osteopenia range! Lori, Sandy, Tom and Carlos are all so helpful, kind, and patient. Very simple process to use. It is 4 machines, less than 10 minutes per week. Definitely recommend especially women in menopause.
